| President | Karen Johansen | Empowered at any and all times to enforce the By-Laws and Rules and Regulations. Shall also preside at all business meetings. |
| Vice-President | Jennifer Grant | Processes all insurance related Squad claims and acts as a liaison between the Squad and insurance agencies. |
| Recording Secretary | Heather Fortier | Keeps the minutes of all regular and special meetings, as well as attendance records. |
| Corresponding Secretary | Isaac Moorvitch | Handles all correspondence originating from and directed by the Squad. |

Maintains the income records of the organization and processes the deposits of all donations. |
